Mr. Garcia Jones is an attorney whose practice focuses business law, Bitcoin, non-profits, immigration, mediation and the general practice of law.
Education
Mr. Garcia Jones completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a double major in history and political science where he graduated with honors. He earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the George Washington University Law School. While in law school, Mr. Garcia Jones completed an externship with the Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Clinic in Washington DC and was recognized as the student writer of the year for the law school’s newspaper, the Nota Bene. He is licensed to practice in Virginia.
Personal life
Mr. Garcia Jones is a native Spanish speaker who emigrated to the United States from Spain as a child and now resides in Fairfax, Virginia, with his wife and six children. His broad ranging legal experience and unwavering dedication to justice have enabled him to help countless organizations and individual clients throughout his legal career. Outside of work, Gualberto enjoys everything his children are involved with as well as soccer, running, hiking, sailing, and living his Catholic faith.
Legal Career
Mr. Garcia Jones has served in the private, non-profit, and public sectors.
Early in his carreer he worked on Capitol Hill for a US Senator from Colorado. He then worked as a legislative analyst for the American Life League, where he was mentored by Judie Brown and the late Jim Sedlak and developed a deep understanding and appreciation of the legal personhood of the preborn child. Mr. Garcia Jones advocated for personhood legislation in the US Congress alongside Congressman Bob Dornan and went on to lead a nationwide movement to pass state constitutional amendments to protect the right to life.
Mr. Garcia Jones has founded multiple non-profit organizations that have been fully accredited before several international organizations to educate and advocate for policies that defend life, family, and religious liberty.
In private practice, Mr. Garcia Jones has worked with some of the most succesful small construction firms in Northern Virginia and has also worked with other industries to navigate the complex legal landscapes surrounding censorship in the era of the COVID mandates. He has written amicus briefs and submitted them to the US Supreme Court and the Supreme courts around the world.
Mr. Garcia Jones is a board member of several international non-profit organizations and is General Counsel of the Personhood Alliance.
